Seven Seas Link Corporation (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Business Plan Generator service (the “Service”). This policy explains what data we collect, why, your rights, and how we protect your information.
01 Data We Collect
- Account data: your email address and authentication credentials (passwords are stored as salted hashes, never in plain text).
- Survey responses: the answers you provide in the business survey (concept, market, financials, assumptions, team, goals).
- Plan content: the business plans, financial projections, charts, reviews, and verdicts generated from your inputs.
- Order data: transaction records, payment status, credits purchased, and subscription status.
- Usage data: basic logs such as pages visited, generation counts, API calls, and error events, used for reliability and abuse prevention.
02 How We Use Your Data
- To operate the Service: authentication, plan generation, review sessions, billing, and credit management.
- To improve generation quality: aggregated, de-identified patterns from review outcomes may inform system-wide improvements. Your business details are never attributed or exposed.
- To communicate: account notices, receipts, and material policy changes.
- To comply with legal obligations.
03 AI Processing — How Your Data Reaches Third-Party AI Models
- What is sent: when you request plan generation or a review, the text of your survey answers and any existing plan content is sent to an AI model provider's API endpoint.
- Who processes it: the AI model provider (a third party) processes your inputs on their infrastructure. We do not control their data retention or model training practices beyond the terms of our API agreement.
- Why: to generate the business plan content, financial projections, and review verdicts that are the core function of the Service.
- Model training: we do not knowingly use your identifiable business content to train public models. However, AI providers may retain API inputs temporarily for safety/abuse monitoring per their own policies. We recommend reviewing the AI provider's privacy policy if this is a concern.
- Minimization: we send only the data necessary to generate the requested output. We do not send your email, password, or payment information to AI providers.
04 We Do Not Sell Your Data
We never sell, rent, or broker your personal data or plan content to third parties. We share data only with infrastructure providers necessary to run the Service (hosting, payment processing via SePay/Paddle, AI inference via API), each bound by confidentiality obligations.
05 Data Retention and Storage
- Account data and plan content are stored on our server for as long as your account is active.
- After account deletion, we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by Vietnamese law (e.g., tax records).
- Usage logs are retained for 90 days for security and reliability, then deleted.
- AI API request/response payloads are not permanently stored by us; they exist transiently in server memory during generation.
06 Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), salted password hashing, restricted server access, and rate limiting. No system is perfectly secure; protect your own credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access at [email protected].
07 Your Rights
- Access and export: you can view and download your generated plans from your account at any time.
- Deletion: you may request deletion of your account and all associated data via [email protected]. We will process the request within 30 days.
- Correction: to update your email or account details, contact us at [email protected] and we will process it within 7 days.
- Opt-out of AI processing: if you do not want your data sent to AI providers, do not use the generation or review features. You may still use the Free plan for survey storage without generating plans.
08 Cookies
The Service uses only essential cookies and local storage:
- Session cookie: for authentication. Deleted when you log out or close the browser.
- Language preference: stored in localStorage to remember your EN/VI choice. No tracking.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or remarketing tags.
09 Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be announced via the Service or email.

Seven Seas Link Corporation (“chúng tôi”) vận hành dịch vụ Business Plan Generator (“Dịch vụ”). Chính sách này giải thích chúng tôi thu dữ liệu gì, vì sao, quyền của bạn, và cách chúng tôi bảo vệ thông tin.
01 Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu
- Dữ liệu tài khoản: địa chỉ email và thông tin xác thực (mật khẩu lưu dạng băm có muối, không bao giờ lưu rõ).
- Câu trả lời khảo sát: các câu trả lời bạn cung cấp trong khảo sát kinh doanh (ý tưởng, thị trường, tài chính, giả định, đội ngũ, mục tiêu).
- Nội dung hồ sơ: các hồ sơ kinh doanh, dự phóng tài chính, biểu đồ, thẩm định và kết luận được sinh từ đầu vào của bạn.
- Dữ liệu đơn hàng: bản ghi giao dịch, trạng thái thanh toán, credit đã mua, trạng thái đăng ký.
- Dữ liệu sử dụng: nhật ký cơ bản như trang đã xem, số lần sinh, lệnh gọi API, sự kiện lỗi, dùng cho độ tin cậy và chống lạm dụng.
02 Cách chúng tôi dùng dữ liệu
- Để vận hành Dịch vụ: xác thực, sinh hồ sơ, phiên thẩm định, thanh toán và quản lý credit.
- Để cải thiện chất lượng: mẫu tổng hợp, ẩn danh từ kết quả thẩm định có thể góp phần cải thiện toàn hệ thống. Chi tiết kinh doanh của bạn không bao giờ bị gán hay phơi bày.
- Để liên lạc: thông báo tài khoản, biên lai và thay đổi chính sách quan trọng.
- Để tuân thủ nghĩa vụ pháp lý.
03 Xử lý AI — Cách dữ liệu đến nhà cung cấp AI bên thứ ba
- Điều gì được gửi: khi bạn yêu cầu sinh hồ sơ hoặc thẩm định, văn bản câu trả lời khảo sát và nội dung hồ sơ hiện có được gửi đến endpoint API của nhà cung cấp AI.
- Ai xử lý: nhà cung cấp mô hình AI (bên thứ ba) xử lý đầu vào trên hạ tầng của họ. Chúng tôi không kiểm soát chính sách lưu giữ hay huấn luyện mô hình của họ ngoài điều khoản thỏa thuận API.
- Vì sao: để sinh nội dung hồ sơ kinh doanh, dự phóng tài chính và kết luận thẩm định — chức năng cốt lõi của Dịch vụ.
- Huấn luyện mô hình: chúng tôi không cố ý dùng nội dung kinh doanh nhận diện được của bạn để huấn luyện mô hình công khai. Tuy nhiên, nhà cung cấp AI có thể lưu đầu vào tạm thời cho giám sát an toàn/chống lạm dụng theo chính sách riêng. Khuyến nghị xem chính sách bảo mật của nhà cung cấp AI nếu đây là vấn đề bạn quan tâm.
- Tối thiểu hóa: chúng tôi chỉ gửi dữ liệu cần thiết để sinh kết quả yêu cầu. Chúng tôi không gửi email, mật khẩu hay thông tin thanh toán cho nhà cung cấp AI.
04 Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu của bạn
Chúng tôi không bao giờ bán, cho thuê hay môi giới dữ liệu cá nhân hoặc nội dung hồ sơ của bạn. Dữ liệu chỉ chia sẻ với nhà cung cấp hạ tầng cần thiết để chạy Dịch vụ (hosting, thanh toán qua SePay/Paddle, suy luận AI qua API), đều ràng buộc nghĩa vụ bảo mật.
05 Lưu giữ và bảo mật dữ liệu
- Dữ liệu tài khoản và nội dung hồ sơ được lưu trên máy chủ khi tài khoản còn hoạt động.
- Sau khi xóa tài khoản, chúng tôi xóa dữ liệu trong vòng 30 ngày, trừ khi luật Việt Nam yêu cầu lưu giữ (ví dụ: hồ sơ thuế).
- Nhật ký sử dụng lưu 90 ngày cho an ninh và độ tin cậy, sau đó xóa.
- Dữ liệu request/response API AI không được lưu vĩnh viễn; chỉ tồn tại tạm thời trong bộ nhớ máy chủ khi sinh.
06 Bảo mật
Chúng tôi dùng biện pháp chuẩn ngành: truyền tải mã hóa (HTTPS/TLS), băm mật khẩu có muối, quyền truy cập máy chủ hạn chế, giới hạn tốc độ. Không hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối; hãy bảo vệ thông tin xác thực và báo cho chúng tôi nếu nghi ngờ truy cập trái phép tại [email protected].
07 Quyền của bạn
- Truy cập và xuất: bạn có thể xem và tải hồ sơ đã sinh từ tài khoản bất cứ lúc nào.
- Xóa: bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa tài khoản và toàn bộ dữ liệu liên quan qua [email protected]. Chúng tôi xử lý trong vòng 30 ngày.
- Chỉnh sửa: để cập nhật email hoặc chi tiết tài khoản, liên hệ [email protected], chúng tôi xử lý trong 7 ngày.
- Không tham gia xử lý AI: nếu bạn không muốn dữ liệu gửi đến nhà cung cấp AI, đừng dùng tính năng sinh hoặc thẩm định. Bạn vẫn có thể dùng gói Miễn phí để lưu khảo sát mà không sinh hồ sơ.
08 Cookie
Dịch vụ chỉ dùng cookie thiết yếu và localStorage:
- Cookie phiên: để xác thực. Xóa khi đăng xuất hoặc đóng trình duyệt.
- Tùy chọn ngôn ngữ: lưu trong localStorage để nhớ chọn EN/VI. Không theo dõi.
Chúng tôi không dùng cookie quảng cáo bên thứ ba, trình theo dõi phân tích hay tag tiếp thị lại.
09 Thay đổi
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách; các thay đổi quan trọng sẽ thông báo qua Dịch vụ hoặc email.
