Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Business Plan Generator service (the “Service”) operated by Seven Seas Link Corporation (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated under the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

01 Description of the Service
The Service is a SaaS platform that generates AI-assisted business plans, financial projections, charts, and review verdicts based on inputs you provide. Outputs are informational and analytical in nature. They are not legal, financial, immigration, or investment advice, and do not guarantee any outcome with investors, lenders, immigration authorities, or other third parties.
02 Accounts and User Responsibilities
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when using the Service. False or misleading inputs may produce unreliable outputs for which we are not responsible.
03 Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Share, sell, sublicense, or redistribute account access or generated outputs as a service to third parties.
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service by automated means.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service's infrastructure, including DDoS attacks, injection attacks, or reverse engineering.
- Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise harmful.
- Use generated outputs to misrepresent facts or deceive investors, lenders, immigration authorities, or other third parties.
We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited conduct.

- Pro plan billing: billed monthly via SePay (VietQR to MB Bank). The Pro plan does not automatically renew. Your subscription remains active for 30 days from payment, then reverts to the Free plan unless you pay again. You may cancel at any time with no further charges — there is no auto-debit.
- Per-verdict credits: purchased on-demand. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are consumed upon delivery of the review verdict.
- Niche plans: one-time purchase. Each niche plan is generated for a specific template (E-2, EB-5, SBA, coffee shop, food truck) and is not a subscription.
- USD payments: processed via Paddle (pending approval). VND payments are processed via SePay. Available payment methods may vary by region.
- Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
05 Payment via SePay
For VND payments, the Service uses SePay, a Vietnamese payment gateway. When you initiate a payment, SePay generates a VietQR code for transfer to an MB Bank account. The order is confirmed when the funds appear in the account. This process may take a few minutes depending on your bank's transfer speed.
- Credits and subscriptions are activated only after payment confirmation.
- Credits once purchased are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or SePay.
06 Cancellation and Expiration
- Pro plan: You may cancel at any time. Since the plan does not auto-renew, cancellation simply means you will not be charged for the next cycle. Access continues until the end of the paid period, then reverts to the Free plan.
- Free plan: No cancellation needed. Your data is retained per our Privacy Policy.
- Credits: Per-verdict credits do not expire but are non-refundable once consumed.
07 Intellectual Property
- Your content: You retain all rights to the business information you input and to the plans generated from your inputs. We do not claim ownership of your content.
- Service software: The Service software, design, templates, and infrastructure are the property of Seven Seas Link Corporation and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- License to process: By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs through AI models to generate and deliver outputs, as described in our Privacy Policy.
08 AI Models and Service Changes
The AI models powering the Service are operated by third-party providers via API. We may update, replace, or modify models at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any specific model will remain available or produce consistent results. We may also add, modify, or discontinue features of the Service with reasonable notice.
09 Limitation of Liability
10 Termination
You may delete your account at any time via [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections 3, 7, 9, and 11 survive.
11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court of Vietnam in accordance with Vietnamese civil procedure law.
12 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or email; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Điều khoản dịch vụ (“Điều khoản”) này áp dụng cho việc bạn sử dụng dịch vụ Business Plan Generator (“Dịch vụ”) do Seven Seas Link Corporation (“chúng tôi”) — doanh nghiệp thành lập theo pháp luật nước Cộng hòa Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam — vận hành. Khi tạo tài khoản hoặc sử dụng Dịch vụ, bạn đồng ý với các Điều khoản này. Nếu không đồng ý, vui lòng không sử dụng Dịch vụ.
Để hiểu tóm tắt dễ hiểu về những gì Dịch vụ có và không có, vui lòng đọc Miễn trừ trách nhiệm.
01 Mô tả Dịch vụ
Dịch vụ là nền tảng SaaS sinh hồ sơ kinh doanh có hỗ trợ AI, dự phóng tài chính, biểu đồ và kết luận thẩm định dựa trên dữ liệu bạn cung cấp. Kết quả mang tính thông tin và phân tích. Đây không phải tư vấn pháp lý, tài chính, di trú hay đầu tư, và không đảm bảo kết quả nào với nhà đầu tư, ngân hàng, cơ quan di trú hay bên thứ ba.
02 Tài khoản và trách nhiệm người dùng
- Bạn phải cung cấp email hợp lệ và bảo mật thông tin đăng nhập.
- Bạn chịu trách nhiệm về mọi hoạt động dưới tài khoản của mình.
- Bạn phải đủ 18 tuổi để sử dụng Dịch vụ.
- Bạn đồng ý cung cấp thông tin chính xác và trung thực khi dùng Dịch vụ. Đầu vào sai hoặc gây hiểu lầm có thể sinh kết quả không đáng tin cậy, chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm.
03 Hành vi bị cấm
Bạn không được sử dụng Dịch vụ để:
- Vi phạm pháp luật, quy định hoặc quyền của bên thứ ba.
- Chia sẻ, bán, cấp phép lại hoặc phân phối quyền truy cập tài khoản hoặc kết quả sinh như một dịch vụ cho bên thứ ba.
- Cào dữ liệu, crawl, hoặc trích xuất dữ liệu từ Dịch vụ bằng phương tiện tự động.
- Cố gắng phá hoại, quá tải hoặc xâm phạm hạ tầng Dịch vụ, bao gồm tấn công DDoS, injection, hoặc kỹ thuật đảo ngược.
- Tải nội dung trái pháp luật, vu khống, vi phạm bản quyền hoặc có hại khác.
- Dùng kết quả sinh để xuyên tạc sự thật hoặc lừa dối nhà đầu tư, ngân hàng, cơ quan di trú hoặc bên thứ ba.
Chúng tôi có thể giới hạn tốc độ, tạm ngừng hoặc chấm dứt tài khoản vi phạm hành vi bị cấm.

- Thanh toán Pro: tính theo tháng qua SePay (VietQR về MB Bank). Gói Pro không tự động gia hạn. Đăng ký duy trì 30 ngày kể từ thanh toán, sau đó tự về gói Miễn phí trừ khi bạn thanh toán lại. Bạn có thể hủy bất cứ lúc nào, không phát sinh thêm phí — không có tự động ghi nợ.
- Credit thẩm định: mua theo yêu cầu. Credit không chuyển nhượng, không có giá trị tiền mặt, và bị tiêu thụ khi kết luận thẩm định được giao.
- Hồ sơ ngách: mua một lần. Mỗi hồ sơ ngách sinh cho một mẫu cụ thể (E-2, EB-5, SBA, quán cà phê, xe đồ ăn), không phải đăng ký.
- Thanh toán USD: xử lý qua Paddle (đang chờ duyệt). Thanh toán VND qua SePay. Phương thức thanh toán có thể khác theo khu vực.
- Phí không hoàn lại trừ trường hợp quy định tại Chính sách hoàn tiền.
05 Thanh toán qua SePay
Thanh toán VND dùng SePay, cổng thanh toán Việt Nam. Khi bạn khởi tạo thanh toán, SePay sinh mã VietQR để chuyển khoản đến tài khoản MB Bank. Đơn hàng được xác nhận khi tiền vào tài khoản. Quá trình này có thể mất vài phút tùy tốc độ chuyển của ngân hàng.
- Credit và đăng ký chỉ kích hoạt sau khi xác nhận thanh toán.
- Credit đã mua không chuyển nhượng và không có giá trị tiền mặt.
- Chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm chậm trễ do ngân hàng hoặc SePay.
06 Hủy và hết hạn
- Gói Pro: Bạn có thể hủy bất cứ lúc nào. Vì gói không tự động gia hạn, việc hủy chỉ có nghĩa bạn sẽ không bị tính phí cho chu kỳ tiếp theo. Quyền truy cập kéo dài đến hết kỳ thanh toán, sau đó tự về gói Miễn phí.
- Gói Miễn phí: Không cần hủy. Dữ liệu được lưu theo Chính sách bảo mật.
- Credit: Credit thẩm định không hết hạn nhưng không hoàn lại khi đã tiêu thụ.
07 Sở hữu trí tuệ
- Nội dung của bạn: Bạn giữ mọi quyền đối với thông tin kinh doanh nhập vào và các hồ sơ sinh từ đầu vào của bạn. Chúng tôi không yêu cầu sở hữu nội dung của bạn.
- Phần mềm Dịch vụ: Phần mềm, thiết kế, mẫu và hạ tầng Dịch vụ thuộc sở hữu của Seven Seas Link Corporation, được bảo vệ theo luật sở hữu trí tuệ.
- Giấy phép xử lý: Khi sử dụng Dịch vụ, bạn cấp cho chúng tôi giấy phép hạn chế để xử lý dữ liệu đầu vào qua mô hình AI nhằm sinh và giao kết quả, như mô tả tại Chính sách bảo mật.
08 Mô hình AI và thay đổi Dịch vụ
Các mô hình AI chạy Dịch vụ do nhà cung cấp bên thứ ba vận hành qua API. Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật, thay thế hoặc điều chỉnh mô hình bất cứ lúc nào mà không báo trước. Chúng tôi không đảm bảo mô hình cụ thể nào sẽ luôn sẵn có hay cho kết quả nhất quán. Chúng tôi cũng có thể thêm, sửa hoặc ngừng tính năng của Dịch vụ với thông báo hợp lý.
09 Giới hạn trách nhiệm
10 Chấm dứt
Bạn có thể xóa tài khoản bất cứ lúc nào qua [email protected]. Chúng tôi có thể tạm ngừng hoặc chấm dứt tài khoản do vi phạm Điều khoản, có hoặc không báo trước. Khi chấm dứt, quyền sử dụng Dịch vụ kết thúc; các mục 3, 7, 9 và 11 vẫn có hiệu lực.
11 Luật áp dụng và giải quyết tranh chấp
Điều khoản này chịu luật pháp nước Cộng hòa Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam, không xét đến nguyên tắc xung đột luật. Mọi tranh chấp phát sinh từ hoặc liên quan đến Điều khoản hoặc Dịch vụ sẽ trước hết được giải quyết bằng thương lượng thiện chí. Nếu không giải quyết trong 30 ngày, tranh chấp sẽ được đưa ra Tòa án có thẩm quyền của Việt Nam theo thủ tục tố tụng dân sự Việt Nam.
12 Thay đổi điều khoản
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Điều khoản theo thời gian. Các thay đổi quan trọng sẽ thông báo qua Dịch vụ hoặc email; việc tiếp tục sử dụng sau khi thay đổi có hiệu lực đồng nghĩa chấp nhận.
